GRZYB Media partnered with Sheena Tapia of Artema Group, a long-time GRZYB client and newly announced host of The American Dream TV: Selling Orlando, to support the creative direction, marketing, and experiential execution of the Orlando chapter of the Emmy® Award-nominated national television series. The American Dream TV is a lifestyle and real estate platform airing across major broadcast, cable, and streaming networks, spotlighting authentic stories from communities across the country.
As host, Sheena Tapia brings local expertise, on-camera presence, and a community-first perspective to the Selling Orlando series, showcasing Central Florida through the lens of real estate, lifestyle, and culture. GRZYB’s role was to help translate that leadership and vision into a cohesive creative system that felt polished, intentional, and aligned with both the national ADTV brand and Sheena’s established personal and professional presence.
GRZYB provided creative direction and content strategy across the full lifecycle of the show, including episode concepting, interview and storyline development, storyboarding, direction on shoots, and supervision of visual assets. This ensured consistency in tone, pacing, and narrative while allowing each episode to feel grounded in place and personality.
In addition to on-screen content, GRZYB led the planning and execution of premiere screenings and watch parties, overseeing event strategy, sponsor acquisition, logistics, and on-site direction. These events were designed to extend the impact of the show beyond broadcast, creating meaningful in-person experiences that connected contributors, partners, and the local real estate community.
The result is a multi-dimensional body of work that bridges television production, brand storytelling, and live experience, positioning The American Dream TV: Selling Orlando as both a polished media platform and a community-driven extension of Sheena Tapia’s leadership within the Central Florida market.
